What we collect

Your email address, which is how you sign in. When you ask for a sign-in link, we also keep the time and the IP address it was asked from for a day, to stop abuse. If you add a passkey, we keep its public key, its type and when you added and last used it; the private key never leaves your device or password manager. A session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 7 days; we store it only as a hash.

How we use it

Your email address is used to identify your account, to send you sign-in links and to associate your charging sessions, expenses, and vehicle data with you. It is never used for any other purpose. Cloudflare hosts the app and its database, and sends the sign-in emails.

What we do not do

wevie is a personal tracking tool, not an advertising or analytics product:

• No tracking or behavioral profiling
• No analytics or telemetry
• No advertising of any kind
• No selling or sharing of your data with third parties
• No cookies beyond the ones required for signing in

Your data

All data you enter (charging sessions, expenses, vehicle details) is stored securely and belongs to you. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting the administrator.
